Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250ml) oil
  • 5 garlic cloves - finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chilli flakes
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients (except oil) into a clean jar.
  2. Heat up the oil to 160°C / 320°F
  3. Pour the hot oil into the jar with spices.
  4. Stir immediately
  5. Once cooled, keep it in the fridge.

Notes

  • Drizzle over dumplings, fried eggs, noodles, rice, smashed cucumbers, tofu, pizza, salad
