Honey Walnut Shrimp

Ingredients
Candied Walnuts
- ⅔ Cup sugar
- 1 Cup water
- ½ cup walnuts
Shrimp & Batter
- 4 Egg whites
- ⅔ Cup cornstarch
- Shrimp (probably like 1 lbs±)
Sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- ¼ Cup mayo
- 1 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
Directions
- Preheat oil to fry battered shrimp.
- Mix sugar, water, walnuts together and cook for 2-3 minutes to candy the walnuts.
- Ensure shrimp are completely dry, mix the batter ingredients and dip shrimp in batter.
- Cook shrimp.
- Toss shrimp in sauce and sprinkle walnuts on top.
