Costco Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup salted butter 227g
• 1 cup brown sugar 213g
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar 100g
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup corn syrup 170g
• 1 tbsp molasses
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 3.5 cups of flour 420g
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1.5 cups chocolate chunk 255g

Directions

1. Cream butter and both sugars with vanilla, add eggs one at a time.
2. Add corn syrup, add molasses.
3. Add flour, salt, baking soda until combined.
4. Add chocolate last.
5. Bake at 350 for about 11 mins.
