Chili Crisp Alfredo in a Garlic Bread Bowl

Ingredients

Garlic butter

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 Tbsp chopped basil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper

Mac & Cheese

  • 1/2lbs Pasta
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • Prosciutto
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Cozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion powder
  • Chili Oil

Directions

Garlic butter

  1. Garlic Confit: place garlic cloves in olive oil with rosemary in oven at 250 for 2 hours
  2. Butter: mix together 1/2 cup butter, a bunch of garlic confit, 1 tbsp chopped basil, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste

Garlic bread bowl

  1. Cut your loaf of bread as seen above (or you can buy a round loaf of bread to make it easier) and coat in the garlic butter mixture. Place in oven for 10-15 mins at 400F or until crispy!

Mac n Cheese

  1. in a pot of boiling water, cook 1/2lb pasta of choice according to box directions. Reserve some pasta water
  2. Add 2 tbsp butter to a pan and melt. Add 4 cloves minced garlic and stir until fragrant (about 1 min)
  3. Add chopped smoked prosciutto (as much as you’d like 😊) and stir until browned (about 2 mins) and then add 1 tbsp chili crunch and stir for another minute
  4. Add 1 cup heavy cream and stir. Then add 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  5. Add 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and stir
  6. Add your cooked pasta and coat. Top with extra mozzarella balls and chili oil
  7. Add you pasta to bread bowl and serve!
