Chili Crisp Alfredo in a Garlic Bread Bowl

Ingredients
Garlic butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 Tbsp chopped basil
- Parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning
- Salt & Pepper
Mac & Cheese
- 1/2lbs Pasta
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- Prosciutto
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup Cozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 Tsp Onion powder
- Chili Oil
Directions
Garlic butter
- Garlic Confit: place garlic cloves in olive oil with rosemary in oven at 250 for 2 hours
- Butter: mix together 1/2 cup butter, a bunch of garlic confit, 1 tbsp chopped basil, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
Garlic bread bowl
- Cut your loaf of bread as seen above (or you can buy a round loaf of bread to make it easier) and coat in the garlic butter mixture. Place in oven for 10-15 mins at 400F or until crispy!
Mac n Cheese
- in a pot of boiling water, cook 1/2lb pasta of choice according to box directions. Reserve some pasta water
- Add 2 tbsp butter to a pan and melt. Add 4 cloves minced garlic and stir until fragrant (about 1 min)
- Add chopped smoked prosciutto (as much as you’d like 😊) and stir until browned (about 2 mins) and then add 1 tbsp chili crunch and stir for another minute
- Add 1 cup heavy cream and stir. Then add 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Add 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and stir
- Add your cooked pasta and coat. Top with extra mozzarella balls and chili oil
- Add you pasta to bread bowl and serve!
