Ingredients
- Buns
- Brats
- Onions (sweet, white, yellow or red will all work)
- Fried onion
- Jalapeños
- Cheese of choice
Directions
- Sauté the onions until almost caramelized.
- Add and sauté the jalapeños until soft and the onions are caramelized and transfer to a plate.
- Cook the brats in a pan, adding cheese at the end so it melts and crisps up a little bit.
- (Optional) Toast the bun.
- Divide up the onion jalapeño mix between the buns with the fried onions and any remaining cheese.
- Enjoy!
