Ingredients
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 3/4 ounce honey syrup
- Rock candy on stick
- Garnish: lemon twist
Directions
- Add the bourbon, honey syrup, and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
