Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Cavatappi pasta
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ Cup of butter
  • ½ Cup of flower
  • 1 Cup Cream
  • 3 Cup Milk
  • 3½ Cup Grated white cheddar cheese
  • 2 Cup Gruyere cheese
  • ¾ Cup Romano cheese
  • ½ Cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ Cup Medium cheddar cheese
  • ½ Tbsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Pepper
  • ¼ Tsp Paprika
  • ¼ Tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Preheat oven Cook pasta according to box. Add cooked pasta to casserole dish. Mix together remaining ingredients and mix with pasta. Reserve some for top.
