Ingredients
- 1 pack of bacon
- 2 potatoes
- sprinkle of chesse (My guess is Cheddar)
- Scallions
- 3 Eggs
Directions
- I cut 5 bacon strips, fried em and took out to add for later.
- Cut 2 potatoes into squares and fried them in the left over bacon grease but thinking back a hash style would cook a lot faster.
- Once the potatoes were cooked down, I made 3 pockets for the eggs and used a lid to get the eggs cooked enough.
- I sprinkled the bacon back in along with cheese and scallions. Salt n pepper to taste along the way. #Serve in the cast iron!
