Ingredients

  • ½ - ¾ Lbs. Ground beef
  • ½ - ¾ Lbs. Bacon
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 20 oz. can of Pork and Beans (do not drain)
  • 1 can Butter or Lima Beans (Cannellini beans also work) - large, drained
  • 1 can Kidney Beans - large, drained

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Cook bacon first and crumble. Cook hamburger & onion in some bacon grease.
  3. Drain the remaining bacon grease and ground beef.
  4. Add all ingredients in 2½ qt. baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 1½ hr.
  5. Always cook with love

Notes

  • I would check it at 45 min and 1 hr. I don't think it really needs the full 90 minutes.
