Ingredients

  • 1 Head iceberg lettuce, torn in to bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Red Onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • ½ stalk celery, cliced
  • 8 oz carton dairy sour cream
  • ½ cup suger
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Bacon bits to taste (enough to sprinkle over top of container)
  • ½ cup grated chedder cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Instructions

  1. In serving bowl, layer lettuce, onion and celery.
  2. In small bowl, combine sour creame and sugar. Spread over onion and celery.
  3. Sprinkle with bacon bits and peas on top.
  4. In the serving bowl, combine mayonnaise and vinegar. Spread over bacon bits and peas.
  5. Sprinkle chedder cheese on top.
  6. Refrigerate before serving
