Chocolate Salted Caramel Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup high-quality chocolate ice cream
  • 6 ounces half and half
  • 3 tablespoons high-quality caramel sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon fine grain sea salt

Optional garnish:

  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate covered pretzels
  • Caramel sauce
  • Sea salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and purée on medium speed. Pour into the Zoku Slush and Shake Maker; stir until thick.
  2. If desired, top shakes with whipped cream, chocolate covered pretzels, caramel sauce and a pinch of sea salt.
