Tex-Mex Guacamole


4 avocados, pitted Juice of 1 lime 1/4 c. corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned) 1/4 c. black beans 2 green onions, thinly sliced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. Taco Seasoning 1 tsp. kosher salt


In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth and slightly chunky. Stir in lime juice, corn, black beans, green onions, garlic, and taco seasoning and season with salt.
